The Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security (DMGS)

Expert Faculty

DMGS develops coursework that is enhanced by the professional experiences of professors with extensive and successful careers in national security. Our program chairs are nationally and internationally recognized experts in their fields. They have numerous publications, unique perspectives, and are sought by the media to provide expertise on various aspects of national security. DMGS carefully selects adjunct faculty from national security experts located in and around the nation’s capital.

Students benefit from the insight of instructors, who as active practitioners, remain on top of the latest developments in the subjects they teach. DMGS courses have a low student-to-faculty ratio, which enhances classroom discussion and gives students the opportunity to work with faculty members to establish relationships that they can maintain throughout their graduate and professional careers.
