DANIEL MORGAN GRADUATE SCHOOL SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY
The Daniel Morgan Graduate School focuses on equal opportunities and is a strong advocate for women’s equality within academic and professional environments.
To ensure the safety of all individuals on our campus, Daniel Morgan’s school policy handbook clearly outlines our Sexual Misconduct Policy (“Policy”). This defines and describes prohibited sexual conduct and establishes a procedural mechanism for providing a prompt, fair, and impartial investigation and resolution of complaints of sexual misconduct.
Sexual misconduct is a broad range of behavior that includes but is not limited to sexual harassment, sexual assault, non-consensual sexual contact, sexual exploitation, intimate partner violence (domestic and dating violence), and stalking.
