DMGS recently was privileged to host a special graduation ceremony in honor of our Polish students completing numerous certificate programs. Julian Kulski, Board of Trustees member and esteemed World War II Polish resistance leader, spoke directly to the students and gave a speech praising their accomplishment in receiving their diplomas in National Security and in Terrorism Prevention. The National Security certificate program examines National Security, Intelligence, and Managing Disruption & Violence (MDV) in the complex environment of the 21st century, bringing together the essential elements of these three subject areas, and the Terrorism Prevention certificate program provides students with an understanding of the roots, motives, and operation of contemporary terrorism, including how terrorism can be challenged and defeated.  Tisia Saffold, our Director of Student Services, testified to the these student’s incredible dedication and hard work in completing these certificate programs.
